FAQ - How can I Complain?
Short Answer: To complain about the website please contact us. To make a complaint about an advisor or product contact the FSA.
Longer Answer: If you have a complaint about the website, please do let us know. We do our best to make sure everything works and is up to date, but occasionally something might slip through the net. Let us know and we will do our best to fix the problem as soon as we can.
If you have a complaint about an advisor that you have spoken to, and we introduced the advisor to you, do let us know. As all the mortgage advisors that we use are regulated by the FSA, they must comply with the rules and regulations. This ensures that you as a consumer are protected. We suggest talking with the advisor or product provider first as this can often resolve the issue. The firm or advisor is required to give you the name or job title of the person who will handle your compaint; they should have proper complaint channels and tell you how to use them. However, if this does not help and you feel you are not receiving the service you expect please contact the FSA.
