FAQ - Who will contact me and how?

Short Answer: An FSA regulated Mortgage advisor, by phone or email

Longer Answer: Your advisor will contact you by phone, but if they can't get hold of you they may send you an email. All the advisors are regulated by the FSA. They will continue to try contacting you for 5 days, but if after that length of time thay are still unable to contact you they will stop.  However if you would still like advice, please fill out the form again.
