The Bank of Scotland's 2 year fixed rate mortgage, offers a range of loan-to-value
(LTV) options (including deals without an arranging fee), while its 5 year fixed-rate
mortgage offer also offers a choice of LTV rates.
Bank of Scotland's 10 year fixed-rate mortgage has a maximum LTV of 95%, with an
arrangement fee also applying to the deal.
