HSBC provides six different tracker mortgages that track at various rates above
the Bank of England base rate. The mortgages with the highest arrangement fees also
have the highest booking fee. Two tracker mortgage on offer which do not possess
any booking fees have the highest rates of interest.
All of HSBC's tracker mortgages allow you to borrow up to 90% LTV (loan-to-value).
HSBC tracker mortgages are also available on their fee-free, standard or rate-saver
packages.
